Default My Soarer replacement

As some of you might have remembered my Soarer suffered and engine fire at the end of Jan. It was sad to see her go but life goes on. Here are some recent pics of what I got to replace her. I bought it in Feb. and have been modding it since then.

The first pictures are of my Soarer just before the fire.







This is one shot after the engine fire and after I had taken most of the decent parts off her.....



Here are some shots of the replacement taken recently.














Here is the spec list on the Supra.

Exterior:
• Painted Lamborghini Diablo Orange
• Do-Luck rear spoiler
• Do-Luck front nose / spoiler
• Veilside side skirts
• Veilside wheel arches

• 18” Rays Volk TE37 in metallic Black

• Isotta Kattianna steering wheel

the new car looks great. thought the orange is a little loud for me its still cool

Wow. Your Soarer was my favorite 1J on the board. And by far. How are you liking the power of the 2J compared to the 1J?

I feel like I should drive with a fire extinguisher in the car now.

Congrats on the mkiv it looks beautiful. I remember reading up about the fire the soarer was one of my favourites on CL.

Thanks, I like the extra hike in power. To be honest I prefer the Supra over the Soarer now. It is a more sporty car compared to the refinement of the Soarer. Although I did my best to remove that refinement when I had her.

wow...i think i liked the sc more, but that supra is hawt.

congrats on the buy...sad to hear the soarer was still less of a performer

Wow, your supra looks amazing great taste in mods too. How did the soarer engine catch on fire??

Wow, great looking car. Was the car completely stock when you bought it or was some stuff done already. If so what was done before you bought it? Thats alot to have done in 6 months, not that it couldn't be done in that time

damn I hate you, lol. Can my car catch on fire and then get replaced by a beast of a Supra...please??? Looks tight man.

The Soarer blew a piston and shot oil out of the breather system on to the hot manifold and poof up she went.
