Porsche Dropped Cayenne for 2007 . . .

i see 2 everyday, one from neighbor and one from my officemate-both S but u go driving onto 101fwy u see 'em almost everyday, sometimes a droped turbo (silver/grey) passes by and i just could stop staring at it-i think i saw it 3 times already the new red color looks hot tho it looks girly suv for me ...saw this SUV on my rearview this morning it was kinda big thought it was a cayenne-it was the new Q7

This is selling like hot cakes in our area, definetly not being dropped.
it should read:

"Porsche decides to sell 2006 models until facelifted Cayenne comes out in early 2007 as 2008 model".

It is not being dropped whatsoever.

I like the Cayenne personally. I think many who do not like it have not actually experienced one. A year ago or so two uncles and 4 others did a "group buy" on Cayenne S(s) and Turbos. They got reasonably good prices and they still all love theirs and have had mininal problems with them.

The Cayenne is very very profitable ... Remember, the Cayenne is built in the same factory as the VW Toureag, and is based on the same VW chassis.

In China ... if you say Porsche, everyone expects a Cayenne, there are not many 911 or boxters, probably also due to the poor road conditions.
