Couple pics
Took a lot of pics this weekend after lowering the G on Tein H-Techs. Here's just a couple. The H-Techs offer only a very modest drop. The front is perfect but the rear doesn't look much different. Remember, the G drops a little in the rear when the car is put in drive so not much drop is wise. Car looks alright to me. I'm thinking real hard about more mods. A front lip is calling out, buy me...buy me...buy me....

Most guys do the Tein s-techs, they have an inch and a half drop all around and are a little stiffer than the h-techs. I would have gotten them if not for the stiffer ride. I like performance but don't prefer to ride on rails. The smoothness of the h-techs is perfect. Solid, stable cornering but no bounce and no bumpiness.

Today I finally got past the break-in milage. To commenorate I gave the car a shakedown on the turnpike and snapped some pics. I'm comparing this to my slow 225hp SC300 but this G feels pretty fast to me. 120mph comes up pretty fast and the car feels so safe and stable you want to go faster. It is amazing. Big brakes add to the safety as I was able to manuever through cars easily. Only wet roads and too much traffic prevented me from pushing it more. Hope you all enjoy the pics.

Wow, beautiful car.
Thanks for the pics.
The G35 coupe is definitely one of the best looking cars on
the road. It's very stylish and agressive looking. I wanted
to buy one a few years ago, but never quite got to it.

I always go with the fat set up. The front is 245-40-19 on 19x8.5.
The rear is 275-35-19 0n 19x9.5 wheels....20 offset. I like the fat tires for better comfort and the confidence to really tear it up when I'm hitting it hard. Increased safety over potholes too. Also, gives it that muscle, mean look. Usually, they look pretty good but the rain washed off my tire dressing. Dressing is essential with the fat set up.
