New car!!!
After a couple months of discussion whether to keep the GX after the lease or not ,we decided to keep it, and get another one. That has always been the problem though, what to get! So i spent a couple weeks of researching vehicles, and what their prices are. It all boiled down to a new 06 Toyota 4Runner. It's not bad, since I'm just adding it to my GX.
If it's silver, it would be this one (still deciding on color between silver and white):

Congragulations.
Enjoy it. The 4Runner is much like the GX470, just with a V6 option and a little less wood trim inside...but the 4Runner Limited is pretty plush. It's a great off-roader and has something that many lower-priced off-roaders don't...civilized road manners. Just don't push it too hard around sharp corners.....I'm sure you already know that from having a GX. The high center of gravity and relatively narrow width are not conducive to sharp cornering. Take care of it, though, and it should last a LONG time.....4Runners are known for durability.
If you don't know the break-in rules ( they should generally be the same as those of your GX were ) or if the dealership didn't go over them with you, PM me and I will.
And, as always....I highly recommend SCRATCH-OUT to keep that new paint like new. http://www.kitwax.com/html/kitProducts.htm

If your '03 GX with 44K on it is about 3 yrs old, that's about 15K/yr mi.
It gets 15/19 you said, let's say avg 17, which means 882 gallons a year (for 15K mi.).
Not sure which version of 4Runner you got, but the V6 2WD gets the best mileage at 18/22 or avg. 20. So 15K/yr mi. on that would be 750 gallons.
So that's a savings of (882-750) 132 gallons a year, or around $400.
So roughly, you bought a car for probably $30,000 or more, to save $400 a year?
