Attention BMW: the R-Class is not selling well. Do you need to compete in this segment?

Also, Americans mostly WON'T but that ugly rig. It stunk up my entire office!

Last time I checked you could get the 5Series in wagon form, or wagon+ form (X5) . Too bad Mercedes didn't realize the same thing before they wasted billions on their peice of garbage, and supersaturated their lineup.

Oh no you didn't!!?!?!?!?!?!

That thing looks sad. Come on now. Who the hell let that design get so far?

Acutally, BMW should build this thing and have it sit on the lot so they
can learn from their mistakes.

if you're going to make a wagon/hatchback, don't pretend to try and make
it into something else. You defeat the whole purpose of why people want
to actually buy them. Sure stationwagons & minivans aren't cool, but you
don't have to make them ugly to punish the poor saps that have resigned
to driving them.

Take a look at the Mazda6 wagon. Now THAT is a good lookin' wagon.

I'm not feeling it either. The Chysler Pacifica and Mercedes R Class is a segment that not too many are willing to buy those types of vehicles. I'm sure if they marketed those vehicles correctly sales would be consistently high...

That's basically just a wagon not a Pacifica or R-class like crossover vehicle. I don't see how this is meant to compete?

The R-Class IMO is ugly too. The Chrysler is the good looking one.
