Now hearing from apex, I change my mind... they should go ahead and keep on doin orange.

And I think Lexus should and could get away with selling a few limited edition Orange IS350's.... have any of you seen that seaweed green color that they have on lots... and more importantly make it onto the streets? Thats not what I'd call your typical luxury car color....

PS- Can we expect to see the TL IS350's out at Houston May 12??

What's gaudy about orange? I see orange Mustangs, Camaros, Ford Rangers, Chevy/Geo Sprints, Dodge R/T Dakotas, and Jeep Wranglers all the time....not to mention some other vehicles as well. The new Dodge Challenger Concept was done in Orange Metalflake......and is attracting people in droves.

I agree with mmarshall. There are a lot of other cars out there that are painted orANGE, SO I REALLY DON'T SEE THE PROBLEM.

Orange as shown on the Team Lexus cars is VERY gawdy to me. Metallic orange is a little different, they can work well on some sportier models, but not with more elegant, classy looking cars, not on any current Lexus models in production I can think of.

If all they have to worry about is what color they're gonna paint it... it's gonna be an EEEEEEEAASSSY season

I don't care what color it is as long as it is winning

I saw this orange on a new (well the last) Camero SS, seems the guy got it painted the same color code as a SS made in 1969 and it was a VERY nice orange. I loved it.

Can someone photoshop orange Lexus cars, stock, that we could buy off the lot? I am curious.

Talking to Brad Nelson this past Saturday (Lexus Motorsports) at our special preview event of 2 not yet for sale Lexus cars He did confirm to me the New IS350s will be in the traditional Team Lexus Orange and a little bit more Blue in colors.

Here is what I was thinking. Team Lexus Blue like this, racing this and then sell this car, like this.
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...ighlight=naias

It uses Team Lexus sponsors.
1. BBS wheels
2. StopTech brakes

I am not sure whom the drop is with. The blue is BEAUTIFUL.
