Yup, made in Brazil, and it's VW's cheapest car. It's so crazy that they make cars with <50 hp for the Euro and world markets... I guess when gax costs 4x as much as it does here, it really pays to have a small car/engine!

true, but it must be very boring to drive a car with such a small amount of power....
