lol that steering wheel is AWFUL for GT4. They had it set up at Best Buy and I tried it out, there's like a 1-2 second delay in control

 

Really, ours is awesome. We had to tinker with the settings quite a bit to get a realistic set up, but definatly worth it now

 

What settings? I have a wheel that I'd love to use but I can't. Also what wheel are you using?

 

Ours is a Logitec, the settings were changing the lock to lock to the smaller setting (don't remember how much) we also played with the input sensitivity and the amount of force feed back, if I remember correctly. There were several functions that could be adjusted. I'll have to fire it up tonight and see what they all were for sure.

EDIT:
OK i just took a picture of our settings in the GT4 menu for the controller. I'm not sure how we did the steering wheel lock to lock, but it helped alot.
