why did toyota decide to put BOSE in the camry instead of JBL? i think it would be better for the avalon to offer BOSE as well

I think it would have been better if they offered the Mark Levinson instead.... , honestly though JBL is suppose to be better than Bose. I think I would consider the new Camry can't wait to see how the SE model looks.

really i read some reviews on how the JBL in the camry is awful, i thought it was pretty good considering i used to have it in mine, but anyways, mark levinson as an option in a camry i dont think so. LOL as nice as this camry is i dont think its in the right segment for that type of audio, well the camry XLE yeah but other than that nah, it would be nice to see it in the avalon limited, but the JBL system in that is already powerful i think.

i too cant wait till i see the SE version, i know this is a VERY long shot, but if they offered the IS350 engine in the SE level. that i think would be one bada** camry. seeing it with the toyota ground effects and 18 inch wheels with a lip spoiler and exposed dual exhaust, that would be hot LOL. wonder if it will have HID's as a feature. like offer it on the SE and XLE like on the avalon touring and limited

previous JBL systems didnt have an sub, so they didnt sound as loud as they "should". It doesnt bother me in my Prius since I dont listen to hip-hop too much, but thats what owners complain about. I think it is pretty nice system myself. When I went back to my mr2 with nice kenwood installed (but stock speakers, still i thought it sounded OK before), i thought speakers were broken :-).

New JBL's in Rav4 and probably Camry do have an dedicated sub, so they should sound even better... and ML and JBL are same company (Harman Kardon) so they should be a lot alike.

I don't care for that ziz-zag shifter....never did. I wish they would go back to the simple push-pull lever.

From the looks of it, the Camry will have a great interior too.

I sat in a new Avalon at the dealer and the interior felt cheap as hell. you could see the plood (plastic wood) was not flush around the vents etc. you can just tell all the wood is fake. nowhere near sitting in a real Lexus

you're right. it's taken me a while to get used to the zig zag shifter in my GS.
