I don't think it was completely the Chrysler's fault, although, being a PT Cruiser is automatically enough reason to blame it.

That pedestrian shouldn't have been walking there because he was walking against traffic, and more than likely against the Walk/Don't Walk sign, which means that driver in the silver car would've had to avoid the pedestrian anyway. And by the looks of it, he wasn't paying attention to begin with: if he couldn't see a big ugly PT Cruiser, then no way in HELL would he have seen/been able to avoid a pedestrian, although stupid American driving laws always favor pedestrians, which I don't believe is fair.

Yes...this is a repost....but it's hard to tell just who has the red/ green lights or stop signs or who is at fault. It is possible that BOTH drivers....and the pedestrian..... ran red lights. Some intersections have a 4-cycle system for left turns.

Anyhow....that is why many vehicles today have both front AND side airbags.
