Yea, unfortunately it was in a parking lot with cones. Worse, the dude in front of me spun at some point and I came up on him and had to nail the brakes and then follow him back. The entire group got a lecture about driving too fast and how if the tires are squealing, then you are going too fast. Lexus has a long way to go in these events I tell you - they might want to attend one of their competition's events where you are encouraged to push the car.

Either way, I can't answer about the tires - I can say that if you stick your 6' friend in the back seat of an IS and you move the passenger seat all the way back, the seat will pin his foot underneath it and he will be stuck in the car. In pain too.

edit: oh yea, not only did his foot get hurt, he got to drive his dream car the E500 and came away almost crying. He couldn't believe how slow the steering was and how slow the car was to react to things like nailing the throttle. All day long I had to listen to him say "I am so disapointed" and "man, my foot hurts"
