Guys.....that's the BMW Isetta. I posted one a long time ago in one of the " Funniest Cars of all Time " threads. To this day I still bowl over whenever I see one.......or a picture of one.

It was one of the microcars built in Europe during the mid-late 1950's when gasoline was still (?) expensive and hard to get from the damage to the economy from World War II (as if gasoline is not expensive NOW).
Here is another equally funny-looking car from the same time period....and the same country.
