That looks like the 2F2F car that was auctioned on fleabay. The auction car was one of a few identical Skylines used for the movie. The one in the auction was setup for stunt jumping and was equipped with extra cage work, etc. Also, I think the engine was removed for the jumps, so I don't think the car actually ran.
It must be one of the stand-in or stunt cars. Craig sold his car (for a bunch of dough, I might add) after the movie. It was originally black, Craig painted it candy blue after he bought it from Motorex. The car was/is desireable because it is a legal & titled car.
The car designer for Universal wanted the car to be silver with blue graphics (as seen on this car - a mistake in my opinion, blue would have been better on film), so all the Skylines were painted this way, including Craig's car. The paint jobs were awful, but the cars did not need to stand-up to close scrutiny for purposes of filming the movie.
After filming was completed, Craig's car came back to California where Quigley's painted it back to blue. The new owner of Craig's car painted it back to black again, from what I understand. The car is now in Kentucky or Alabama someplace, if I recall.
