the car should be s2006 now

very nice, the power of this car is just very much there -- if you stay high in the rpm range

Yeah, but they had to do something to it this year too because of the new SAE standards... which means the engine is probably pretty much unchanged.

this is definitely a car that i am considering getting down to road to add to the fleet... i just LOVE it. fits me like a glove.

Always like the S2000 I had considered getting one, but even though I'm not a really big guy, I find it a little too confining.

they did. they changed the engine from 2L to 2.2L with more tq, and the redline is reduced. it gives a better power curve with more tq on lower end. i say for normal daily driving this makes more sense, otherwise you constantly have to stay above 6000rpm for the car to be relatively fast

LOl!! I'm enjoying my S2000 right now!! It was faster and much, much funner to drive than my sc400 but not as comfortable.

so it's quite a bit stiffer? how about the cabin noise? is it a lot louder?
