It's about time someone called the Chrysler 300 for what it is.

Extremely poor man's Bentley wasn't enough for the 300 I guess

I actually like the look of the Dodge Magnum, I think it's a nice sporty looking wagon, throw in the Hemi and more power to it.

Next year Subaru will have 2 cars on that list, the B9 Tribeca isn't exactly pretty, but Subaru is raving on and on about it being the "replacement" SUV (replacing gigantic ford expeditions and GMC vehicles with a smaller SUV design that includes equivalent safety and offroad capabilities, coupled with AWD and optional seating for 7)

 

Number 1 is a nightmare of a car. Why anyone would even consider buying this box on wheels is and will ever be a total mistery to me.

As for the other cars on the list, I personally like some of them.

Mod them the right way, and there hidden talents may surprise you.

 

I always thought the Chrysler 300 was crap.

 

I read this article several weeks ago when Click and Clack ( Tom and Ray Magliozzi ) first published it in our local papers. I can agree with the Aztek, Scion xB, and the Element being on the top 10 ugly list.......but not the others. The 5-series is quirky and shoddily-built but not really ugly. And, Unlike Click and Clack, I would place the Nissan Murano, Toyota Echo, and Nissan Armada ON the list.

 

300?

It's been regarded as one of the best looking cars out there. And it sells like crazy based mostly on its styling. I think in many ways it looks better than a Bentley. Bentleys are ugly?

 

I don't think so Bentley's are more elegant IMO. I do think the 300 is an attractive looking car.

Where's the Z4 ? That thing is way fuglier than the 5 . . .

 

i really wonder how many of those 300M's will be falling apart in a few years...w/ Chrysler reliability put into play. It's the poor man's Bentley, hell they even sell bentley grille kits for that car. And everyone thinks they're cool in it

 

I'd take out the 5 series, Magnum and 300, and replace them with the Solara, Quest, and Z4.

 

300M?

It isn't Lexus quality (heck, what else is?) but it certainly isn't junk. I'd take Chryler quality over GM or Ford quality. Actually, Mercedes and BMW's have way more problems than Chryslers.

 

going by looks only, the 300 does not deserve to be on the list,,,, i also like the xb and the 5 series cars...........the 300 looks awesome,,,,,, but i am sure it is a pos because chrysler built it.. in three years, everybody will regret spending that kind of money on that car.....

 

well you're comparing the lesser of evils there...not a good pick to choose from. I've just seen and heard things from owners that after a few years things deteriorate...maybe they've changed...and maybe chrysler's rubbing off on MB hehe
