Default Highlander Hybrid Spotted

So I was leaving my friend's house today and spotted the split 5 spoke wheels a few houses down. I rolled down the window and snapped a couple pics. I don't think there have been any pic threads on the Highlander Hybrid yet, so here it is.

Thoughts anyone?

James

i saw a black one at the toyota dealership today, are the taillamps LED? because they do look LED. and it cost 41 thousand, i was like wow! $41,000 for a highlander, but i guess the price is understandable. i do actually like highlanders alot

Looks sweet, especially in black. I'm not sold on hybrids yet.

You won't get any arguments from me on the Highlander....in any version, including the Hybrid. It is an excellent (though somewhat boringly styled) vehicle...and several people both on and off CL have bought them partly on my recommendation.
I personally think that in many ways the Highlander makes more sense than the RX330. It is cheaper, roomier inside (thanks to the more boxy styling), has the same general quality, and is more readily available on dealer lots. ( Of course, both the Highlander Hybrid and the RX400H will be hard to get ). Under the skin both the Hybrid and non-hybrid versions of both vehicles are pretty much identical except for some electronic accessories inside. The RX330 and 400H, however, are noticibly more plush inside...a big factor if you like classy interiors, where the Highlander just doesn't cut it as well as the RX, , even in the top-of-the-line Limited model.
