With a big red bow on top of the SLR and Melania next to Trump (I know you can't actually see her, thanks to the security personnel blocking the shot -- but Adcomhabib confirms that is indeed Mrs. Trump, adding "she's actually really pretty in real life"). One can't help but wonder what the occasion is:


Wedding anniversary? Unlikely -- the two have only been married for less than 6 months and 1st anniversary is supposed to be paper, but then again, this is Trump we are talking about here.

Late Birthday present? Melania turned 35 on May 6th, so it's possible this is one of those "Oh ****, I forgot her birthday, better get her an SLR" moments...
A "I'm sorry babe, she didn't mean anything to me and she's been FIRED" gift?
Who knows, it could just be a random showing of affection from Trump...wouldn't you do the same if you were a 59 year old real estate mogul whom just married a 35 year old Slovenian model? ... at least I don't have a comb-over.

These people are filthy rich so its nothing for them to buy one of these cars, they do it all the time.
Its really nothing special. and that car is very ugly to me I'd rather have a Lambo or the Bently GT. But hey they may already have those.

 

Maybe if he hadn't opted for the CD player he could have afforded a hair transplant.

If I were the salesperson I would have told him to get his lazy a - - down to the dealership and pick it up himself. .........AFTER his check clears.

Actually, I always insist that my new car to be picked up by myself personally at the dealership, & not delivered to me by the salesman, which they always offer. I also insist the car (like my G35c ,which is ordered from factory) be shipped using car carriers to the dealer, instead of driven from port(which sometimes expediate the process) to the dealership, which ensures that my brand new car must have less than 8-10 km on it when I pick it up personally .

I guess it depends on how big the commision check is on the sale. For a couple thousand I'd deliver it and I'd throw in the big red bow in for free

 

The salesmen voluntarily offered to deliver even my Honda Accord & Prelude to my home when I bought them new years ago, I ask them to pick me up at home to go to the dealership for the pick up instead so what's the big deal
