What was the first car you modded
yes im bored just curious what was the first car you modded what was it and what did you do. dont be scared lets hear it all lol. I'll start I had a 93 civic with intake/header/exhaust neuspeed springs, gsr rims oh yea and the single wiper lol. Thought I was the s*it. with my vtec ha ha. Next car after that was the 240 and now the SC.
I started off with a black del sol... i think it just had intake, wires, muffler, and rims. Then got a 350z orange del sol, swapped the rims over, and bought a turbo kit but didn't get around to putting it on. (just sold it this week) Also had a 93 mx6 at the same time that got totalled, and a 95 TSi AWD that i'm selling now to get my SC.
the first car i modded was a '94 integra. just 17's and a drop. then i also got a del sol. had a drop and exhaust. had the del sol for about 6 months and ended up totalling it.
now i still have a buddy club kit and cf hood in my garage.

82 RX-7. I put a turbo sticker on the back and fooled the hell out of everyone. This was before Mazda even had a real turbo 7. I had guys chasing me down left and right trying to find out the secrets of my mods.
86.5 MkIII Supra, i think i did everything minus major engine work back in 97-98 and competed and tied for 1st place on jan 99 w/ two mkIV supras at the import showoff . from custom bodykit, to 3pc wheels, complete interior change out 2tone, etc.
The SC430, & then the G35c, & I blame joining CL too.
All my former cars, Accord,Prelude, TL, CL-S are just not "good" (exiting) enough for me to deem worthy of spending extra money on it.
As much as I love cars, it's still a depreciating asset & not an investment, modding just makes it worse in terms of burning money, so I won't do too much of it.
I don't have unlimited access to play money
& I do have other hobbies & priorities like investing too. I do credit myself of spending the time here watching some of you do things to your cars & I am able to resist the temptations
, the fact that mods are less accessible & affordable up here helps too.

and andrew, you are so right. i had my tl-s and didn't really know what else to do. wasn't too interested in modding that car at all, that's why i stopped even before i got my gs4. the gs4 totally opened up my views on car mods

I put a stereo in my 95 Nissan pickup. Then my 00 Durango I did a front bumper and grille from stillen. I lowered it 3" all around with DJM suspension. Then I did a custom two tone leather interior that matched the exterior. I also had an alpine in dash tv and alpine tvs in the headrest. Some JL subs and Xtant amps and flowmaster exhaust. Then I bought a Kenne bell SC for it and decided to sell the whole thing and get a GS. I am so glad I did
