He should but he's underage. Regular rental car agencies are sticklers for unauthorized/underage drivers, exotics are only 10x worse.

Have you ever had the chance to rent an exotic? Just wondering. M y sister is in the travel industy so she checked some of the Oahu exotic retal dealers to see what a Ferrari 360 or similar would go for a day. The actual rental price is not bad, but you have to have one heck of a credit card or put down a refundable $25K security deposit. Obviously if you bring the car back in one piece you get your security deposit back. That just blew our idea of renting a 360 for a day
