I think I've seen this car before quite some time ago, not sure if it's in this forum though.

The same goes for me, but I would go drive that down the street on a regular basis.

Those are pretty cool. I love those movies!

There was an auction posted on one of these a while back though.

Haha the title states "BACK TO THE FUTURE REAL DELOREAN 'TIME MACHINE' CAR!!!!"

The "Real" Delorean in the movie didn't have the black stripe on the body, it was all stainless steel finish.

Nah, you just give them a stack of MB and BMW brocuhures and write up's about the BMW V-10. (Like the sports almanac story line.) Through evolution....

Just an aside note.....the original (or updated) DeLorean would still be in production today if John Delorean had tried to save his company honestly and had not been caught with a suitcase full of cocaine. The original car had problems with the gull-wing doors but nothing that a little more quality-control and engineering couldn't have taken care of.

Some of you guys may not be aware that, before he left GM, John Delorean gave us the original Pontiac GTO back in 1963-64....even risking his own job against the dictates of top GM management to do so. The rest, of course, is history.

Yeah, this one is pretty funny.

Q: Will I be able to outrun Iranians in a VW Camper when they come looking for their Plutonium?
A: Yes but take my advice and always carry spare plutonium for the return journey, you never know when you might need it!
