Default Tundra V8 drivetrain in a car??

Has anyone ever seen or heard of putting a Tundra V8 motor, ecu and manual trans in a car ?
I just thought of it when I heard a Tundra w/exhaust that lives near me sounded pretty throaty.

I don't see much point. You can always get a 2JZ like Retrodrive has on his LS. Or you could just turbo the V8 that is in the GS/LS and find a manual. It would still take work, but I think it would be a little easier and better for performance than trying to shove an entire drivetrain from a pickup in there.

The Scranton racing team had a V8 twin turbo installed in the Celica body. I think that was like 2 years ago, but it was the first import into the 200mph range. They now have a 2jz in the Celica since the NHRA banned V8s for imports, but are they are still in the 200+ range almost every race.
