Outside VSS on a 200 Intrepid?

Outside VSS on a 200 Intrepid?
Does anyone know where I can find out where the outer VSS is for a 2000 Intrepid w/ 2.7l?
I really don't want to have to buy the Haynes b/c it isn't my car, I borrowed it from a friend while I am working on my car. Although it is not my fault that it went bad, just bad timing, I feel like it is my responsibility to fix it. The part is only $17 and it is the outer sensor so I am hoping it won't be too difficult. I really don't have the $$$ to bring it anywhere to get done.
A write up, picture of, link, forum - anything would be greatly appreciated,

Your words and prayers are appreciated man. Yeah, I seem to have very bad luck, but I figure that someone always has it worse than I do so I try not to complain. I am blessed with what I have.

I finally found some info on it so I am going to go see if I can fix it today.

It is the VSS in the tranny. I have hopefully found a picture that should help me locate it, but I will keep you posted,
