yeah i read about it on acura site, and couple of guys had the issue already. i am so surprised at their quality control.... you would expect better...
That's scary stuff. Imagine if the spring breaks while travelling 65mph on the freeway Comptech better replace all those springs or else it will be slapped with a huge lawsuit if someone gets seriously injured or killed.

i wouldn't go as far as to blame eibach too, it could just be comptech.... besides eibach has been pretty good to me on their pro kit springs *knock on wood* i've had them for about 15k miles and no rust, no nothing, nice and black like always.... heck their eibach label is actually still there

i won't just go and blame eibach as well. yes they made the springs (might be, if i was right) for comptech, however you don't know what comptech did before shipping it to people. i remember seeing comptech sticker or whatever on the springs, so there must be still a lot to the story.
plus, there are a lot of people with eibach springs on their acura and no problem
