Weaksauce. I've always hated the Boxster.

 

Looks a little more muscular.
I like it, but would prefer a 997 over it.

 

I kinda think it takes away from Porsches image making a "value" vehicle. Also, those rims are hideous. Still not sure how I am about the new headlight ideas.

In all the upcoming 997 (replacement for the 996) threads, all the headlights have been changed. It seems Porsche is continuing their trend here, and I'm not sure if I like the current headlights or the "new" ones.

I like the headlights of the new Boxster better.

 

Better than the last model but will continue to be a car that I laugh at whenever I see one on the road

 

looks better! i hate those wheels though.

 

front end looks more like a 911, more agressive. wheels blow. overall still

 

I guess the thoughts on this one is pretty unanimous.

 

The wheels blow, but many members here won't be happy with any stock wheels anyway so no biggie.

 

always hated boxters... buy a real porsche!

 

I think the new one is an improvement - but it still looks like hell in my opinion. I'd certainly never drop the amount of cash required to attain this car.

If it was in the same price class as a G35 coupe - I'd have a tough time deciding which way to go ... fortunately, it's not.
