aliga, I take it this car rolled through a Dealer auction? RU a Dealer? If so can you confirm that the laws in the NY/ NJ governing Indep. Dealers r extremely strict?

im not a dealer, but a freind of mine is, and he lets me know of good deals that come thru.

what laws are you referring to, i can ask my friend.
