I'd say a Lexus LS430 is right up there. Seats that are very adjustable, can heat and cool you, and lots of room.

Its all relative.

Buicks in general are very comfortable.
The Toyota Avalon is comfortable.

Most comfortable car I have been in is the LS430 UL, but I' ve yet to ride in the new RR Phantom or Maybach 62.

The Bentley Arnage/RR Silver Seraph, while nice cars and more attractive than the new ones, are surprisingly, not too spacious inside.

Well, its definately NOT any Mercedes. Those seats feel like they're made out of cardboard.

I've sat in an LS430... mmm... gadgets galore, very comfortable car... now only if I had the cash for one haha...

But the most comfortable car I've ever driven would have the be the Soarer V8-LTD... damn that thing is smooooooooth.
