No that's the wonder of OTA updates and remote access. You you don't have control over "your" car

The engine in the LS500 does not sound bad. Doesn’t sound like a V8 but it doesn’t sound bad at all. Most people wouldn’t notice the difference honestly. In this video both the 600h V8 hybrid and the 500h V8 hybrid sound bad because of the CVT IMO, but the gas LS500 sounds very similar to the V8 actually.

Their clip of the pre refresh 2LS is also actually a post refresh. You can tell by the driver info readout below the gauges.
Yes because Lexus used to make engines like the UR that were comparable in performance, had world first tech, highly refined with amazing QC work and very strong core construction.

Now they have their little V6 trash.

It actually would be really easy for them to do that too. Different headlights, taillights and grille and thats all. The style will come back around again I'm sure.

Sorry, Toyota never made anything comparable to that Ferrari engine lol

Yes they did, the 2UR is a fine example of an engine of that type that even has scavenge pumps to sustain high G maneuvering and bespoke valvetrain on top of an already very well designed base engine.

Hell it even made more power than the mazzi engine lol!

You are just straight up wrong on this one, you don't really know the fine intricate details on engines or how cutting edge Lexus used to be in this department. They just freaking quit after 2012 for some reason

And the cost to service Ferrari engines is crazy $$$. Lol

Will they even go 100k miles, I don't know but doubt it.
Nothing high performance is made to last long it seems.

Sorry, its a great engine but not on that level. The TTV6 is also a very advanced and excellent engine, calling it "V6 trash" is ridiculous.

V35A-FTS is trash, anyone that knows even the basics of engines can see this.

Okay then. Go into deep detail why the 2007 2UR and M139 are not comparable and why the 2UR is not in many ways more advanced. I'll wait

Hahaha, okay. Sure, will do. I'll link the master thread explaining in detail the myriad of issues on top of the patently clear issues with all the real world proof of engines blowing up.

Make sure to follow the thread for the tear down and our comments on it

Yeah same, my 460 RWD pulls off around 5.7-5.8 consistently on real roads with a draggy. If I get a perfect launch it's 5.4
