Meh doesn’t mean negative. The styling is neither exciting nor bad..just another crossover … as someone who has seen the 9 in person, the styling is about as exciting as a Toyota Grand Highlander which isn’t saying much.
the A pillar could be more upright. Wheels look small and the gap in the wheel wells suffer from what the Lexus RZ has going on
