According to the information posted earlier, the Chevy is 2.4db's quieter than the Buick at the same speed.
Having owned an Encore GX for well over four years now, I disagree. My ears, even at their age, could clearly notice a difference with the Buick sound insulation.
The Trailblazer also has 60 series rubber on 17” wheels. Ride likely is better
In my exerience, not much difference in bump-absorbtion than the 18" 55s on most versons of the Encore GX. The top-line Encore GX Avenir and Trailblazer RS come with 19" 45's, which DO lessen the ride-quality some, but not by a huge amount. Still, in most (not all) cases, I don't like 45's....never did.
And, on the Trailblazer Activ model, with its (limited) off-road orientation, the 17" 60 series tires come with a more-aggressive tread pattern, which doesn't help road noise any.

The OEM tire on many Trailblazers are all season tires. The mid level Trailblazer trim models ride nicer than the Buick according to the review
