Default Software for Maintenance records

I will be getting a new Lexus TX soon and wanted some software program or app to record maintenance tasks, records, service reminders and such. Any recommendations?

Sorry if this subject is covered somewhere in a thread but I could not locate it easily.

Why wouldnt you just use Excel, or Word, or Google Docs, or Notes?

Looking for something with more features - able to store photos, links, files, notes, receipts and able to do reminders, calculate fuel mileage etc.

The reminders are the part that Word, OneNote, Notes, etc don’t do.

I use the carfax car care app. It ties the records to the VIN and will show up in the maintenance records when you're selling it someday.

I looked at that - it's free, but buggy and a lot of features missing - go to Google Play Store and read reviews.

I've used it for a couple of years now and only have one major complaint. I accidentally turned on tire rotation on my IS 500, and now I can't turn it back off. I have staggered tire sizes, so I can't rotate tires! Dumb.

But anyway, if I ignore that, everything else works fine. I even had CarFax remove a bad service entry for me that had the wrong mileage. (I think someone fat-fingered the mileage, since it said my car had 23,000 miles on it... My car STILL to this day doesn't have that many miles. No idea what happened...) All I had to do was email them.
