Unless it's a battery electric. This will be an EPIC fail
What? I don't know about that. I think Lexus's decision to use an ICE drivetrain makes sense, as A) battery tech isn't where they'd want it to be, I would imagine and B) this is probably the last time they could get away with making a car such as this with a combustion engine.
Presumably, but we don't know that it will look like that for sure.
With high certainty. The same render showed the TX and LBX before they were announced and it looked exactly like it when they finally got announced. And these were models where no one really knew before hand what they were even called.

there is no market for this under the Lexus brand. An EV model there is 100% an opportunity. And Lexus is supposed to be about luxury, perhaps Toyota should make a large size Lexus LS as everybody complains about the current size interior. But it would have to be an electric vehicle.

There's some rumours that this will be simply branded as a "GR GT3" or "Toyota GR GT3" despite Lexus having branded the GR GT3 themselves, this could tie in to what you're saying about Lexus being the full EV brand and this model not fitting the Lexus vision.
Could coming out with a Supercar be timed with a return to F1 in some capacity?
They already announced this partnership with Haas F1. Perhaps by the time this car comes out, they would have increased their involvement in a more meaningful way in F1 again.
BEVs don’t have demand when it comes to supecars as evidenced by Rimac.
Yep - unless the likes of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bugatti, McLaren, Aston Martin, Pagani, Maserati etc have a full BEV lineup, no one in that market really cares.
Guess it is going to be a TTV8 hybrid? Cant hear an engine sound until about the 10-second mark... but maybe that's because it's too far away. It's a lot quieter than the motorsports version, that's for sure.
