And regarding the V8 we all know per CM1 that it was intended for the LS but canned during the pandemic. Just because something they were reporting didn't materialize doesn't necessarily mean it was untrue.
Carmaker1 never said anything about a hybrid V8 LS, and he certainly never said anything about a 4-cylinder LS. The only thing we know is that there was a plan for a regular TTV8 (like what was also supposed to be in the LC F-Sport) that was cancelled. Many people predicted TTV8 plans as far back as the TMG LS concept, the auto magazines did not have any more insider information than we did for that.

It's practically unheard of to introduce an EV model during a mid-cycle refresh, so I highly doubt we'll be seeing an EV RX or Crown facelift anytime soon.
