A GLC43 with the 400 HP turbo 4-pot weighs 4500 pounds, that's heavier than an RX350h. Weight will not be an issue.

It has a 48v mild hybrid system to help with low end power no? I'm sure you left that part out by mistake.

Yes. While the motor itself only adds at most 13hp directly to the driveline, the real benefit is the electrified turbo being able to build boost dramatically faster than one that is entirely dependent on exhaust pressure to do so.

The mild hybrid barely adds any power, only off-the-line torque to fill in turbo lag. Mercedes already used the engine in 415 HP form without a mild hybrid in a fat 4,000 pound GLA 45S in 2020.
