For me, not a concern at all. To me, it's that obvious. Now, to be clear, that's in the RX. I haven't tried them out in others. But this topic completely confounds me. They are so easy (in the RX).Originally Posted by SW17LS

Or thats on fire? Its fine to say you should familiarize yourself with the emergency release levers in your own car, but what about a passenger? Or a child?

Plus there is no need to complicate the motion/action when Audi has already proven you can integrate it. Originally Posted by SW17LS

Just remember in the above video, neither the owner or the firefighters could figure it out...Originally Posted by JDR76

I just don't see the upside but I clearly see the downside.

Really feels like members are hating this feature just to be anti-Lexus If this was a BMW thing or a MB thing, I think there would be a different tune

Has absolutely nothing to do with Lexus, everybody is doing this. Its a silly flash over substance decision by everybody.Originally Posted by Toys4RJill

Its like gearshifts ***** and buttons and switches and turn signal buttons and retracting door handles, all just design decisions that I don't see how they make the car better.

Thats absolutely not the case. We’re calling out foolish design whether it be GM (Corvette has been doing this since 2005!), Ford (Mustang Mach E, all the Lincoln models), Tesla, or Lexus.Originally Posted by Toys4RJill
