Lol worth a shot. Those sound nice too though. Red especially.

The rubellite red is a pretty neat color

Nice colour.

I don’t even think of EVs as a next car. Or even think of a next car at all.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too.

@SW17LS is not ready for EV yet, IMO... 🧐
was weren’t about you friend. Didn’t see you for a while. Hope you bought your wife a good meal for Valentine’s Day

I would change it out to an aftermarket non air. If available.

If that's correct, then the first picture is about 3/4 quart low, while the second is about 1/8 low.
Thanks. I think this feature should be on all cars

W12. Lexus should have made a Twelve Cylinder of the own.

I would never go to a coil suspension, the air suspension is a big reason why I love the car.

Oh I vote for the red! That's an extremely nice color in person!

I can't ever go with a black car, I would literally go insane and never touch it yet alone drive it.

Has it crapped out yet? Air suspensions are not known for durability.

I can remember when Lincoln was selling kits to owners for a retro-fit to conventional-suspension because the air-suspensions on Town Cars were failing so often.

There is one out there in the red that is very sharp, it has 21s I would need to sell those and get 20s. I’ll find the link to it. It’s a 23 leftover I wonder what kind of deal I could get on that

The red reminds me of the W126, that's the only other S-Class I've seen red in. And it looked great.

Thank you!
It's been a hellish couple weeks.
PS- taking wife out to eat this weekend for Valentine's Day, I'll post pics in the "what's for dinner" thread.

The air suspensions should be reliable up to high mileage.
I didn't have any problems on my CL500 until it hit 90K and even then it was just a sensor for $250.00 plus with labor.

Who wants to buy a car and have to change the rims and tires?
Seems like too much work for a new car, IMO.

Sorry, I'm not feeling it yet but that's just me...
I like the red that was posted up above better.

No my air suspension is fine, but if I keep it it’s not impossible that I might have issues down the line.

Well I would swap out the run flat tires anyways, so I would have to buy tires anyways. I’d rather not but if a particular car is such a good deal then it may be worth it.

Finding one of these on a lot that isn’t silver, black or white isn’t easy. So, you have to be a little flexible if you’re not going to order one. I wound up with white by default.

Nothing to apologize for, I don’t own that car. That’s the same generation of my car I was just pointing out to AJT that they have had a dark burgundy/red in the past.

Yeah I have never had one, but I know well enough to not do it. Dark metallic paints are easier.

I'm a big fan of red. The majority of my vehicles have been red. I'd have bought my BMW in red if they had a nice metallic red available on the pre-LCI 540i's. Unfortunately they didn't.
