What engine does your 540i have?
It's not your phone, It is huge. That's an H9, which is 15.5 inches long and weighs 65 lbs. Very typical for larger German cars. I have an H8 in my 2011 335d, which is "only" 14 inches long and 58 lbs.
The Caravan reminded me that my folks bought a 1984 Toyota Van Wagon (that’s what they originally called it) brand new in 1983. They sold it to a neighbor in 2006. I still see them running around occasionally. I remember people looking at it like it was a space ship when I was a kid and the van was new.
I totally get your preferences and why you like and dislike BOFs, but as you can see here the LX doesn't do much diving... the AHC does work. There is zero "rebound" from slamming on the brakes as hard as I can. Full screen it. I was up to 50MPH at least.

Sitting here getting the oil changed in the Pacifica for the first time, thought this was interesting. This isn’t the whole history, it’s about 800 miles short, my guess is I reset it when I went to WV the first time (I usually do) but it shows almost factory 50/50 gas and electric. This includes multiple trips including Albany which was 1,000 miles and NJ several times that’s 5-600 each where it was running on all gas. So we really do use mostly EV…
Check out that MPG, that’s like a combination gas use so that takes the EV use into consideration. About what our old Prius got.

So for tax purposes I know I spent about $1,800 a year fueling the previous gas Pacificas, but we are driving this way more. We have already done what we would normally do in a year because I am driving this some on weekends and we always took mine on some small trips because I didn’t like driving the other Pacificas. I figure we have saved $1,000 on fuel already at least, possibly more.
This place I am getting the oil changed has a camera where you can watch under the car, watched the old oil drain it looks brand new. Did not need an oil change lol. Makes sense the engine has only run about 3,500 miles.
