Very sad - the 300 C, Charger and Challenger will be greatly missed. Definitely end of an era for the Hemi V8. I wish i had the space to have one of these. Fun cars!
farewell 300C... you were always one of my initial go to vehicles when starting a new Midnight Club 3 file back in the day, and as a W211 owner now you'll always be a close relative
other than the windows always being too small i thought the 300 had a proper real deal look about it, and looks great in mid 2000s music videos when slammed on huge chrome wheels
Well....that's the whole idea. The 300 is for those who like traditional sedans...not undersized four-door coupes with Humpback-Whale rooflines that block vision and squish people's heads in the rear seat.

And apparently, for people who don't have feet. I've never seen a full-size sedan with less rear-seat foot room than the Charger/300. It's worse than most compact cars.

Well, that's simple physics. With a transmission tunnel on the rear-floor (which is necessary for RWD or AWD sedans), all else equal, you aren't going to get the same foot-room you do with the flatter floor in a FWD sedan. Also cutting down on rear foot-room in many of today's vehicles, FWD or RWD, is the amount of hardware and wiring under the front seats needed for the seat-heaters/coolers and the multi-way power-adjustments. The latest generation of the Lincoln Continental, for instance, in its top Black Label version, had 30-WAY adjustable front seats. Just think of the number of electric motors and hardware that feature took under the seats.

It's not just physics. The transmission tunnel doesn't reduce toe room. It's not the width that's the problem. It's the lack of depth. Even the door opening is too small for my wife to get her foot through without twisting it sideways. Mine is hopeless.
My M3 is RWD, two size classes smaller (almost a foot shorter!) than the 300, and I fit in the back seat with plenty of foot room. My E90 (also RWD) is TWENTY-ONE inches shorter than the 300, and STILL more comfortable in the back seat.

I was still editing my prior post when you replied. See my comments on the amount of hardware under the seats.
