Yeah, I saw one last week and I don't love how low the tail lights are. If I was in the market, tho, I'm sure I could get used to it.

I actually kinda like it. I appreciate Hyundai creating something different and unique and not another crossover blob, which is exactly what the previous generation Santa Fe was.

the inside of vehicles has become much more important to me than the outside.
if it feels good and goes good, i don't care that much what it looks like outside.

having said that, i really like the exterior looks of my ioniq 5 and lc500!

You know Steve when we like something so much we'll see it as white even it's actually black. And things certainly grow when they become ours. The negative things become less negative and sometimes become neutral or positive. I think new BMW's interiors are nice. I thought the curve display would throw me off but it doesn't. As for the Hyundai, I saw it a few times. Weird is probably the right word of choice. Interior is important to me but I have to like how it looks first. That's the first thing that happens before you get inside. Same with colors. I'm not sure if it's their intention but all their products look odd to me. Lexus/Genesis/Porsche seem to have best overall eye pleasing designs across their models IMO.

I'm a pretty objective guy lol. No question BMW's products look weird, I just don't see the issue with the interior. I totally see why somebody wouldn't like the exterior.

The interior is really great. Sat in this thing a while ago and the design and quality were great. sadly the Frankenstein styling is a bit of a miss. It’s laughable that Hyundai still can’t get their powertrain and parts up to industry standards.

The more I see them on the road the more I dislike the styling.

I like the front. But the back is not great.

Agreed - I would like this car much better if they redesigned the rear end.

Well, modern or not, the Santa Fe at least looks like an SUV, instead of some these so-called crossovers and SUVs that look more like a Halloween mask.....Nissan Juke, Toyota C-HR, Chevy Blazer, etc .......

Not only that, but the typical boxy shape like that is usually the most space-efficient inside as well.

I don't agree at all, lots of modern cars I like a lot, I just don't like the weird sharp angles and the weird lighting, and especially the rear. I just really don't like the looks of this Santa Fe.
