Wrong on that lol! Totally legal and the best part is it's undetectable, even the newest laser guns can't beat it/detect it at all.

Its radar/radio jamming that is illegal and much more risky, that's why you have guys on bikes do it

i don't drive THAT fast THAT often to necessitate a full jammer system lol... and i have to imagine were a cop to ever see that installed they'd throw the book at me and do everything possible to ruin my day as much as they could

also that pull over in massachusetts wasn't because i got lasered, or even radared for that matter

The nice part of the high end systems are they are stealth, you can't really see them at all on the car unless you get very close and there is also an alternate mode that makes them act as parking sensors for legal reasons.

There is one system that the detection and jamming heads are only about 3mm wide

https://us.stinger.com/

Ultimately it's all about money and what you can afford in terms of fines etc, if you have enough resources you can basically do whatever you want via just paying/using lawfare or paying for high end countermeasures.

the handy good ol PBA card is probably still the best defense lmao... like it's actually unfair and highlights what a B.S. racket speeding tickets are, i used to have one from a customer of mine i sold a highlander and rav4 to

like 3 years ago i get stopped one night in the benz (the usual, accelerated very quickly causing a ruckus but not close enough to anyone for any kind of admissible evidence lol), and the way things were going it sounded like i was going to be let off... then she hands me a ticket! i'm like you're giving me a citation? did you want to see this (i hold out the PBA card)? she's like oh sir you should've handed me that earlier, it's too late now but we're supposed to give people a warning when they have a valid PBA card

the card eventually expired and a cop later confiscated it, i gotta get another one lol... that ticket got plea'd down to a jaywalking or parking ticket or something but i still could've saved myself a hassle had i just held it out earlier

I used to work RADIO for our local PD and I still got a citation for speeding from one of the MC patrols. Just goes to show, cops on bikes are always dicks lol.

Very true, I am somewhat immune in Delaware county since they all know me but it's other areas the detector and jamming is used or when I'm really going for it.

I run a Valentine One Gen 2 and it's great. On L display setting it virtually quite unless its a speed gun.

I have been thinking about a Laser Jamming system, but I am not going to pay $3k - $4k plus. I saw this article and was thinking about one of these $600 - $1200 ones but have not priced them out completely because I know there are lots of option cost to add. Anybody know any info about any of these lower cost ones? Looking at getting the 2. - TPX system.

the exact name varies from state to state i think... but it's very useful to have when dealing with the rozzers lol

If a cop thinks that you are trying to bribe them, pull a fast one on them, or use a card like that to evade responsibility for one's actions, though, it could (?) go worse on you than if you simply left a card like that in your wallet and did not show it.
