Final verdict 3.5 Ecoboost vs GM 6.2
Same, never a problem. I do 4 under just to be extra careful. I'm passed a lot. So if there's police, those people will be the ones that get pulled over. Happens all the time including that other night, haha.
Chris Rock made an excellent video on how to deal with police-stops and avoid confrontations, but I won't post it here because it is somewhat political and contains four-letter words. If you want to watch it, PM me, and I'll send it to you.

Im always kind and respectful, but I’m not afraid of the police nor will I ever be. If they want to kick my a, I’m going to own theirs lol

If you ARE kind and respectful, you won't have to worry about getting it kicked in the first place. That's the whole gist of Chris's (excellent) video.

Celebrating Lexus & Toyota from Around the Globe
Unfortunately, many cops are on power trips and that’s not necessarily true, especially for people from certain races. Even I have encountered cops in my life that were total and complete a-holes. Most are great people, but unfortunately many of the bad ones are traffic cops.
We are way off topic though
Agreed.....see my last post, above.
I'd get the 6.2L if it was a vehicle I was keeping long term.
I'd do the Ecoboost if I was buying new or low mileage used and trade it before 100k miles.
With Ecoboost, I'd tow for occasional recreational use but NOT for work use towing heavy loads on a daily basis.
Ps- I'll go ahead and start a new thread on the speeding stuff.
