Default 2024: Epic year to buy CUV/SUV?

I was thinking about how many great CUV and SUV's are on the horizon for 2024 - as someone who might be in the market I feel I have more exciting options than I can ever remember. I think it's a great time to be in the market, potential price hikes aside. Here are a few that come to mind (not all are of personal interest):
- Rivian SUV (R1S) should be much more readily available due to increased production and order backlog clearing up
- 2024 Land Cruiser
- 2024 Lexus GX
- Likely a new 4Runner design
- 2024 Chevy Traverse redesign and new Z71 trim available
- 2024 Santa Fe redesign

What others am I missing?

none of those are cuv's imo.

the first 3 will be 90k

i've realized i just don't like driving/parking big vehicles. the santa fe i have is about max size i want but i hope to go smaller next time.
i just looked it up and the santa fe i have (not new '24) is very close in size to a model y.
rivian r1s is huge compared to the other 2.

model y: 187″ L x 76″ W x 64″ H
current santa fe: 188″ L x 75″ W x 66″ H
rivian r1s: 201″ L x 82″ W x 77″ H

The '24 Santa Fe isn't a facelift. It's a complete re-design.

Don't forget the "epic" prices as well, the price of new cars is insane across the board.

You cant buy any of those, not without a huge mark up at least.

I would add awesome vehicles like the Bronco, etc.

Only issue is pricing, paying through the nose for anything hot. Traverse should be buyable without hassle, Rivian pricing is what it is but the rest dealers are going to pound you 10 ways from Sunday.

Santa Fe will not be marked up. I am buying the GX 550 at MSRP and can get a 250 for MSRP.

Yeah, the product offerings are epic and awesome.

But, the prices are very high.

So, the question for me becomes, is the value there or not?

I say not! Lol

I bet it will be marked up, until you get that GX in your garage I wouldn’t bet on no markup.

Hyundai Palisade, Kia Telluride, Buick Envision/Enclave (although Enclave has questionable reliability), Lincoln Aviator.

The all-new Santa Fe will absolutely be marked up, particularly if they have hybrid models.

I thought this thread was about vehicles with new designs. I don't think any of those will be new for '24.

Dealer does not do markups.

dealer dependent and why pay a mark up on a Hyundai...lol. I would walk before paying anything over msrp for any vehicle. the full reveal is tomorrow for the Santa Fe.
