I locked my car all windows were up. I came out 5 minutes later and windows were all down along with sunroof and doors unlocked. What the heck happened? Any ideas... Creeped me out..

You may have to give some more specific information before we can make any statements. What kind of vehicle is it? Does it have a Keyless-Entry fob? Does it have a push-button code for unlocking, like on some Ford products? Did you park in an area where electromagnetic interference could have messed up the fob? There are many possibilities here that could be at play.
