funny, the pics progress backwards haha! after paint, what's next?!
The interior is next to be addressed, but I've spent more than enough money on the S2000 this year. Besides this, I also had the head completely rebuilt (new springs, valves, ARP head studs, etc) by Shad at Comptech, and replaced the radiator with an all aluminum one from Koyorad. So it will just be driven for a while until I feel like addressing the interior, which needs new seat leather, seatbelts, steering wheel leather and carpet.
@AMIRZA786 your friend certainly wasn't thinking, I think thats what happened with me, sometimes you get wrapped up in the work and forget about basic things like personal safety lol
Our original 2000 model year S2000 is still a treasured car in my memory. Sad the day we let it go, and would totally be a car I'd try to find again some day.
The car is nearing completion. New OEM head lights and tail lights were installed this past weekend. I’m waiting for the new badges to come in, then I’ll PPF it (the car was done being painted in early July so the fumes are all gone).
This is what it looks like today, I’m just over the moon with how reflective the paint is on the consistency of the paint job.
