Hmmm inquiring minds need to know... Lolol
If a car works for me, then I don't really care if a refresh comes out. I have two cars that are currently leased, once those leases are up next year I'll replace them, and that will be it for probably the next 5 years or more

Which translates to 0-60 in 1.8 seconds and 350 miles of range for 399k, and 450k for the "foundation series". Fans of Tesla will brush off Elon promises and praise the product.

If it doesn't do 0 to 60 in 1.7 seconds, I don't want one

That article is very old and doesn't say 650 miles.

It says 620 miles.

The 200-kWh battery is said to provide up to 620 miles of range, but certainly, that number will be achievable only under very light use

And on Teslas website:

Sounds like you don’t know much about what Tesla is up to.

Sure, you would have said the same thing 3 years ago if I said the cyber truck would be double the price and almost 40% less range when it gets released.

There is no problem there with 0-60 in 1.8s and 350 miles of range for Roadster.

the problem is a CEO of a company that can make empty promises without delivering time and time...............and time again. Then when he doesn't deliver fans of Tesla makes excuses time and time...........and time again lol.

1.8 seconds 0-60 and 350 miles is impressive...(actually think if it does get released it will be closer to 500 miles of range. But why does Musk need to over promise and under deliver? The actual / realistic figures will already be impressive.

What happened to the Tesla Semi....it was being shilled here extensively, now silence....onto the next item to shill, Model 2 or is it now the roadster?

As a business owner I find it extremely annoying when companies (especially marketing companies are guilty of this) that over promise and under deliver.

Next earning call we should all have a friendly bet with everyone here, what will Musk promise to try and pump the stock? My guess is the Model 2 production in mid 2025 and expecting to sell 100k units in 2025 and with a output capacity of 500k by 2026.

Tesla semi feedback from Pepsi, this is 1 month old. It's a video, no article available. https://www.cnn.com/videos/business/...td-gr-orig.cnn

TLDR: Pepsi is actively testing 21 Tesla semi's at Sacramento location. Director of Fleet services is interviewed and mentions 500 miles of range on single charge, seeing 2 drivers using same truck get 1,076 miles on the truck in a day. Pepsi has 750 kW charging stations installed. Driver interviewed likes center driving position for visibility, says truck is significantly more quiet than traditional truck.
