Harsh words for someone you've never met . I don't know him that well, so I have no comment on his character. I would have definitely handled this situation much differently, but different strokes for different folks. I will say though that if his story is true (I've only heard one side), the GM is also a POS for not handling a customer properly

I think its kinda cool, I hate it when the dealership I just bought the car from doesn't even answer my phone calls, what goes around comes around. Treat others how you want to be treated, if not, then may the worse happen to you lol.

IMO, in cases like this it's always good to hear both sides of the story before passing judgment. There are always some gray areas it seems.

Exactly. I've only heard one side of the story, so the only thing I can say is that yes, he overreacted. Still, everytime I see the pic I took of his car, I have to laugh
