Krispey Kreme parking lot ( located at mavis and brittania in mississauga)
take 401 to mavis exit and go south
brittania is about 1 minute from the 401 exit .
there are 3 lanes on mavis stay in the middle of the 3 as the furthest right lane exits to brittania westbound , and right after brittania you need to make a right into the (Canadian tire ,staples ,futureshop , Krispey kreme parking lot use the second entrance as it is closer to KK .
Be forwarnd the KK dougnuts are very nice for 1-3 each after that it will kill you. Also there coffee is the worlds worst right up there with MC donalds.So you might want to get some Tim hortons or country style before you get there ,if so interested.

Hi sk, thanks for the update.

What is the plan for the actual meet? Is it just sit around and talk or is there something else planned like a drive etc?

 

i thought this was your meet and your descions.
i was thinking of going for a nice drive to roller coaster drive about 20 minutes north of brampton, It is full of winding turns and hills. It is called the forks of the credit road ,off hwy 10.
I would also like to go for a nice small dinner after. nothing fancy just something simple.

those details can be hammered out at the meet .

 

Unfortunately I will not be able to make this meet. I posted in the original posts that this day is one that I cannot make. I really hope there is another meet that I could attend. I really hope everybody has a great day!

 

Unfortunately, I'm in the same boat as SPORTS. Making final plans for my upcoming wedding on May 8th so I will be out of town that weekend at my future in-laws. I'll keep checking the board here for future meets in the months ahead. Have a ball everyone!!

Otherwise I was dying to come but April 25, is all exams at my university. Otherwise I would have come down, well hopefully some other time in the summer. Keep up the good work.

Is the plan to have a meet once a month perhaps over the summer? I agree with skp, more people should show when the weather gets better (I know I will starting in late May when I return). I wonder if it's a good idea to advertise in a newspaper when all the details are worked out such as the Toronto Star "Wheels" section near the back of it they have a column for "auto clubs" and such. Just a suggestion to possibly attract more people. A lot of clubs meet at a specific date each month (last sunday of each month in front of Bert's Bait / Tackle, Bridal gown & Toilet seat empourium as an example). Perhaps we could get more folks on board if we did the meets along those lines (but perhaps not at that specific store location )

 

The monthly meetings are fine to do,but i would prefer to make it a larger group of toyota vehicles when going that route. I see no need to be segragatted all the time.
They already are in the paper,so we could add the listing to theres for the same dates.
As alot of supras an is 300 come to the TN meets.
