So, I am having to deal with another Vancouver idiot and I pay the price. My vehicle was hit in another parking lot.

I normally use Vieta's since they are fantastic. However, I am open to other suggestions in the Lower Mainland. I also have to deal with my alignment now as well as my car tracks slightly to the right. It would also appear my wheel might have been scratched. All of which I am hoping ICBC addresses.

I only ask as other shops may have improved, or newer options become available.
