I have a 2006 IS250 AWD with approx 130k Kms and have been hearing a click sound (almost like thin metal on metal) sound coming intermittent` from the front left when going over a bump or making a turn. It does not happen every time but easy to reproduce. Anyone had something similar or any ideas? Thanks for any assistance.

 

Is your car lowered? could be the CV boot... go into an underground parking lot and have someone listen for clicks while turning

 

Car isn't lowered. I put on summer tires yesterday but no change. Will have mechanic take a look this week. Thanks for responding.
