Just purchased a LCPO 2011 RX from Lexus of Oakville, 80km, got it for $36500+tax...Ultra premium 1 package...
Any thoughts on their service? Sales/service?
Our sales person Mark was great, but his manager was playing pricing games...

I've dealt with them for six years/three cars and to date have been treated fairly and well by their service staff and at times received exceptional help. As a bonus, they give your car a nice wash and dress your tires after the service. Some sales guys seem keener than others though.
