Brought my wife's RX in for a 10K service and was charged over 200. It's a 2015 and I was told that it's normally complimentary but because it exceeded 18 months they could no longer comp the service. Anyone ever heard of this? I tweeted Lexus to find out if this is accurate.

If it's true don't let your service expire

 

I would telephone Lexus corporate and complain. Not sure a tweet is the best way to get their attention.

 

The 10K service on my 2015 RX was just done recently and I wasn't charged anything. ~34 months.

 

i would reach out to headoffice and politely express your discontent. You'll probably get something out of it.
